1. While you are positioned laying on your back, bring one leg up to a right angle and grasp it using both hands just behind your thigh, and lock your fingers. Then take your other leg an place the ankle against the other knee. Try to hold this position for a bit before you change legs. This movement will stretch a tiny muscle known as the piriformis, which can become inflamed and cause pressure on your sciatic nerve, leading to pain.

2. Sit on your floor and have your legs stretched out straight ahead in front of you. Bend your right leg, resting your right ankle just on top of your left knee. Then, lean forward so that your upper body leaning toward your thigh, holding for about 30 seconds before switching. This can help with your lower back and your glutes.
